Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Vingroup's investor relations strategy
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, shareholders, and strategic partners.
- Prepare investor communications, including presentations, annual reports, earnings materials, and other disclosures.
- Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and earnings activities.
- Monitor market trends, analyst reports, peer performance, and investor feedback, providing insights to management.
- Support fundraising and capital markets activities through financial analysis, investor materials, and transaction coordination.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and compliant communication with the investment community.
What is required
- 8–10 years of experience in Investor Relations, fundraising, valuation, and investment analysis
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Banking, or Business Administration
- CFA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
- Proven experience in fundraising, valuation, financial modeling, and investment/financial analysis; experience in manufacturing, energy, or infrastructure sectors is a plus
- Strong ability to read, understand, and analyze financial statements, with solid knowledge of corporate finance
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills when working with international partners and investors; able to present and negotiate effectively in both English and Vietnamese
