Job Description

Overview

  • Develop and manage implement capital mobilization forms and processes basing on the fundraising plan (equity) of the Group.
  • Manage the annual shares issuance plan for ESG, stock dividend and bonus share basing on the approval of Shareholders in AGM

Responsibility

1. Financial Reporting and Investor Communication

  • Design and prepare company introduction materials and investor communication documents (corporate fact sheets, investor kits, and investor presentations), quarterly financial reports, and annual reports to effectively communicate information to the market;
  • Conduct in-depth analytical reports to attract investors and market interest
  • Conduct company analysis and share valuation, and support key aspects of negotiations with shareholders and strategic partners.
  • Communicate with shareholders/investors along the process and organize AGM
  • Build-up and develop strong relationship with authorities in securities and local/foreign investors in securities market.

2. Manage the annual shares issuance plan for ESG, stock dividend and bonus share basing on the approval of Shareholders in AGM.

  • Manage all internal process and external procedures regulated by the Law to ensure the successful issuance.
  • Build-up and develop strong relationship with authorities in securities.

Required skills and behaviors

1. Background / Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Banking / Economics. Master's degree in business or related field (preferred)
  • Specialized certificates: ACCA / CPA / CFA, etc.
  • At least 8 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Proficiency in English

2. Specific job skills

  • Advanced analytical skills, strong quantitative skills and established analytical ability
  • Ability to summarize complex concepts and present to senior level management
  • Understanding and ability to interpret the market trends
  • Ability to build relationships within Capital Markets plus other business lines
  • Willingness to proactively seek out business ideas and initiatives for the team
  • Working experience in real estate
  • Deep knowledge about finance, accounting, banking, economic, investment and related regulations / policies.
  • Sufficient knowledge about corporate investment, planning strategically & organizing resources.
  • Sufficient knowledge about corporate law, stock, real estate and relatedly specialized laws.
