Develop and manage financial models for business plans, forecasting, and valuations.
Perform in-depth financial analysis to support business decision-making and transaction strategies.
Identify, evaluate, execute and support strategic initiatives, including business developments, financial transactions, M&A, joint ventures, debt financing, and other capital market activities.
Prepare internal memos, investment decks, and board-level presentations to support strategic decisions.
Assist in organizing and executing capital raising transactions and managing relationships with financial institutions.
Conduct financial due diligence and manage external advisors (investment banks, legal, accounting etc.) in assessing various transactions.
Monitor industry trends, competitor performance, and macroeconomic factors relevant to investment decisions.

Requirements
Relevant education and experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Minimum of 05 - 08 years in corporate finance, financial analysis, or investment banking, with a focus on financial modelling and strategic transactions.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Capital IQ, PitchBook, Bloomberg).
Display good attention to details, strong business acumen and relish working in a fast-paced, highly professional environment.
Experience in executing equity or debt financing, capital market transactions, and strategic deals is highly desirable.
Good command of English is a must. Excellent verbal and written communications skills (Preference: overseas university graduates.).
CFA, ACCA (or equivalents) and MBA is a plus.
