Job Purpose

• To ensure the accuracy and completeness of investment transactions to meet both local regulatory and financial report (VAS) and Group reporting (IFRS) requirements.

• Work with Fund admin and Supervisory bank and Eastspring Investment Fund on daily basis to ensure all the information related to PVA invested assets and investment transactions are reconciled and supported by sufficient and valid supporting documents and complied with regulation and PVA investment guideline and policy.

• Ensure unit price of unit linked product are valued correctly and timely as per local regulation.

• Produce report on regular basis to meet requirement of various stakeholders included both local and group level.

• .

• Support Investment Committee to work with relevant stakeholders to recommend appropriate investment assets aligned with Investment guidelines and strategic asset allocation to meet the fund objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Record transactions to accounting book, monitoring to ensure all investment transactions are valued correctly and recorded to accounting system (SUNGL) timely and completeness.

• Regular perform unit valuation for unit link product and record related transactions as per local regualtion after reconciling with related third parties such as fund manager and supervisory & Custodian banks.

• Monitoring and checking compliance to ensure investment activities in line with regulation and internal policies.

• Preparing/ checking investment reports and investment performance.

• Facilitate the quarterly PVA Investment Committee and other relevant investment dialogues with Group stakeholdes and Fund Manager.

• Perform neccesary analysis and work with Fund Manager and relevant stakeholders to evaluate new invested assets or regular review investment guidelines to be aligned with investment objectives to seek Investment Committee approval.

Job Requirements / Yu cu

• Qualification:

• Mandatory: bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking

• Influence in English. (both writing, reading and speaking.

• Experiences:

• Mandatory: minimum 3 years of related experience in Finance/Accounting/Investment Operation area.

• Advantage: experiences in life insurance and financial sectors with people manager position, cross-functional and regional wide project management

• Knowledge and skill set:

• Knowledge of investment accounting, related Vietnam regulations and law, insurance operation, VAS, IFRS
