Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in fundraising transactions, including preparation of offering materials, development of financial models, and coordination with credit rating agencies
- Support senior management in other transactions, including M&A, such as transaction coordination, conducting due diligence on companies and projects, and evaluating / proposing investment opportunities
- Other tasks assigned by the manager such as structuring, market research, stock movement monitoring.
What is required
- 8–10 years of experience in fundraising, valuation, and investment analysis
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Banking, or Business Administration
- CFA or ACCA certification is a strong advantage
- Proven experience in fundraising, valuation, financial modeling, and investment/financial analysis; experience in manufacturing, energy, or infrastructure sectors is a plus
- Strong ability to read, understand, and analyze financial statements, with solid knowledge of corporate finance
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills when working with international partners and investors; able to present and negotiate effectively in both English and Vietnamese
