Job Description

Role Overview:

This role will be directly involved in the Group's Investment Banking, M&A, and Capital Raising activities. The candidate will coordinate information flows, perform investment analysis, develop transaction documentation, and support deal execution with domestic and international financial partners. This is a key role working closely with Executive Leadership and participating in major strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis & Investment Modeling

  • Develop and adjust financial models (DCF, WACC, IRR, etc.).
  • Evaluate project feasibility and risk, particularly in infrastructure / PPP / BOT projects.
  • Prepare analytical reports, propose transaction structures, and implementation strategies.

Deal Documentation & Fundraising Materials

  • Prepare Teasers, Pitch Decks, Information Memorandums, and Data Room packages aligned with IB/Big4 standards.
  • Coordinate reporting standardization under IFRS and VAS.
  • Support presentations to investors, financial institutions, and banks.

M&A & Capital Raising Process (End-to-End)

  • Participate in full deal lifecycle:
  • Sourcing Screening Due Diligence Term Sheet Signing (SHA/SPA) Disbursement.
  • Work with audit, legal, and financial advisory teams during due diligence.
  • Support negotiations with PE funds, financial institutions, and strategic partners.

Investor Relations & Roadshows

  • Organize investor meetings and domestic/international roadshows.
  • Maintain relationships with investment banks, PE funds, infrastructure funds, and international lenders.

Sustainability & Strategic Development

  • Knowledge in ESG, green finance, or sustainable infrastructure is an advantage.

Requirements:

  • Major in Finance / Accounting / Banking / Economics; CFA Level 2+ is a strong advantage.
  • 35 years in M&A / Corporate Finance / Deals.
  • Fluent English in all four skills (required)
  • Financial Modeling, Valuation, Cap Table, Term Sheet, DD process; strong understanding of SHA/SPA
  • Logical, independent, responsible, able to handle high-pressure and tight deadlines
