Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement investment strategies and bond business plans in line with company development orientation in each period.
- Establish and submit for approval investment policies, trading limits, and operational procedures related to bond trading activities; monitor compliance and execution.
- Organize the implementation of investment activities and the purchase of corporate bonds.
- Lead corporate bond distribution activities; develop products, pricing policies, and partnerships with issuers, banks, and investment funds.
- Direct market analysis, bond valuation, and tracking of interest rate trends, corporate credit, and macroeconomic factors to serve investment decisions.
- Direct and supervise the development of trading systems, portfolio management, and investment reporting towards digitalization and automation.
Professional Qualifications:
- Degree holder with majoring in Finance, Securities, Economics, or other related fields.
- Possess a practicing certificate in financial analysis or fund management.
- Min 5 years of experience in investing, trading, and distributing corporate bonds, and at least 3 years of experience in a management position.
- Deep understanding of the Securities Law, decrees on corporate bond issuance, and regulations on risk management in financial investment.
- Strong knowledge of how the bond market operates, market supply and demand, and issuers.
- Thorough understanding of regulatory agency regulations and the current bond trading system.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Quantitative analysis capability and sensitivity to macroeconomic fluctuations.
- Ability to establish, expand, and effectively exploit market relationships to support investment, trading, and bond distribution activities.
