Position Title: Investment Analyst (Assistant Manager Level)

Hudson is proud to be partnering with a leading regional real estate and retail-led development group for the search and selection of an Investment Analyst (Assistant Manager Level). This is a newly created position based in Vietnam to support the company's growing investment and development initiatives across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Modeling & Valuation
- Build, maintain, and enhance sophisticated financial models to evaluate:
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- Project feasibility for new developments
- Valuation of existing assets and potential investments
- Analyze financial statements, market data, and macro-economic indicators to support investment decisions.
- Prepare scenario analyses, sensitivity analyses, and valuation reports.
2. Investment Evaluation & Due Diligence
- Lead comprehensive due diligence for new investment opportunities, with a focus on international shopping centre and mixed-use development projects.
- Prepare investment memos, proposals, and presentations for senior leadership and group-level approval.
- Provide end-to-end support across the transaction process.
3. Relationship Management & Execution
- Coordinate and manage relationships with key external stakeholders including:
- Financial institutions
- Investors
- Local partners
- Relevant authorities and government agencies
- Support execution of investment projects and restructuring initiatives.
- Ensure smooth communication and strong professional relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Strategic Contribution & Reporting
- Provide market insights and financial recommendations to support group-level strategic planning.
- Collaborate closely with the regional head office to ensure alignment across reporting standards, investment frameworks, and governance requirements.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of long-term financial and investment strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Investment, Corporate Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Investment Banking, with hands-on exposure to M&A and IPO deal execution.
- Experience within banking, advisory, or corporate finance is essential.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and investment analysis.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
