Investment Analyst

The Opportunity

Our client, a leading real estate investment and development company, is seeking a highly analytical Investment Analyst to support the evaluation and execution of real estate investment opportunities. This role will be responsible for financial analysis, investment evaluation, due diligence, fundraising support, and investor relations across the company's project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial modeling, feasibility studies, and investment analysis for real estate projects.
• Prepare business plans, market research, competitive analysis, and investment presentations.
• Support valuation, due diligence, and transaction execution for investment opportunities.
• Assist with debt financing, including financial models for bank loans and bond issuances.
• Prepare investment memoranda, teasers, and presentation materials for investors.
• Coordinate with investors, advisors, and internal stakeholders throughout the investment process.
• Identify new investment opportunities and support investor relations activities.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in real estate investment, investment banking, private equity, deal advisory, or project finance.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• CFA or ACCA is an advantage.
• English is a must.
