Role Overview

As an Inventory & Partnerships Manager, you will own and grow Humology's supply ecosystem. This role focuses on publisher partnerships and inventory strategy, with a strong emphasis on securing, optimizing, and managing high-quality ad inventory across Vietnam and international markets.

You will work closely with publishers to onboard and develop partnerships while unlocking key ad formats including rewarded video, interstitials, loading screens, and other premium or exclusive placements. Acting as the bridge between external supply partners and internal teams, you will ensure inventory quality, performance, and long-term scalability that supports Humology's commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Publisher Onboarding and Relationship Management

  • Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new publishers.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, ad ops, and tech teams to ensure smooth setup and integration.
  • Maintain day-to-day communication with existing publishers.
  • Track performance, resolve issues, and ensure partners feel supported.
  • Drive retention and long-term growth of publisher partnerships.

2. Supply Growth & Partnership Expansion

  • Identify and recruit new publishers in Vietnam and international markets.
  • Negotiate terms, evaluate opportunities, and push high-quality supply into Humology's ecosystem.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new verticals or opportunities.
  • Identify and secure differentiated or exclusive inventory to strengthen Humology's supply advantage.

3. Inventory & Performance Management

  • Own and develop strategic ad formats including rewarded video, interstitial, loading screen, and exclusive inventory.
  • Work with publishers to secure priority or exclusive supply where possible.
  • Ensure publisher supply meets Humology's inventory needs.

4. Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Commercial, ad ops, product, and data teams to improve publisher experience.
  • Communicate publisher feedback and contribute to feature improvements or integrations.

What We're Looking For

  • 25+ years experience in publisher management, supply partnerships, ad tech, affiliate networks, or platform growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems (programmatic, networks, SSPs, media buying) nice to have.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working across cultures and time zones.
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and excited to build from 01
  • Vietnamese & English fluency; other languages are a plus.
