INVENTORY OPTIMIZATION DIRECTOR

Develop and execute the overall inventory optimization strategy across finished goods, raw materials, WIP, and spare parts.

Design and implement inventory models (Safety Stock, EOQ, Reorder Point, ABC/XYZ, Demand Forecasting, S&OP/IBP).

Partner closely with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, and Finance to align inventory with business objectives.

Monitor and improve key KPIs: Inventory Turnover, Days of Supply (DOS), Service Level, Obsolete & Slow-moving Inventory, Working Capital.

Lead inventory reduction and de-obsolescence initiatives.

Leverage data, analytics, and systems (ERP, APS, BI tools) to enhance inventory visibility and decision-making.

Build and develop a high-performing inventory and planning team.

At least 15 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, or Inventory Management, with 5 - 8 years at senior management / director level.

Strong expertise in inventory optimization, demand planning, and S&OP/IBP.

Solid business and financial acumen, with a clear understanding of P&L and cash flow impact.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional influencing skills.

Fluent in English; international experience is a plus.
