Job Title: Inventory Controller

Duties and Responsibilities
• Update and maintain accurate inventory records for jack equipment, hardware materials, and stock movements in D365 ERP system for inbound and outbound activities.
• Conduct quarterly stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Conduct demand planning to ensure sufficient stock availability for projects.
• Communicate and prepare reports to other departments including Manufacturing, Project Management, and Executive Committee regarding inventory fulfillment needs and updates.
• Support the Manufacturing team in sourcing and selecting new hardware items and vendors when required.
• Assist with the Manufacturing team to inspect and evaluate incoming materials, maintaining jacks according to CST quality standards.
• Prepare, review, and submit Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and Goods Issue Notes (GINs) for warehouse transactions.
• Coordinate with warehouse service providers to supervise warehouse operations including repacking, loading, and unloading activities.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners regarding import/export documentation and jack equipment/ hardware materials shipment arrangements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or manufacturing environment, ideally with metals or industrial components.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or equivalent is preferred.
• Good knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and import/export documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across departments.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• English communication skills are an advantage.
