Job Description

POSITION PURPOSE

This role supports the Loss Prevention team by reviewing inventory-related queries from retail stores and coordinating stocktake activities. The position plays a key role in ensuring accurate and compliant in-store inventory processes, contributing to the company's ongoing growth. This is a part-time position requiring 3 days per week in the office (Mon, Tue and Wed), with strong potential to transition into a full-time role in the near future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Inventory and Loss Prevention teams in daily operations.
  • Provide timely and high-quality support to Stores and the Retail team.
  • Coordinate and schedule all Accent Group stocktakes across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Provide on-call support during scheduled stocktakes.
  • Review and ensure compliance of stocktake results.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE / BACKGROUND

  • Strong curiosity and passion for Inventory Management.
  • Solid experience and advanced understanding of retail inventory management.
  • Knowledge of stock investigations and stock adjustments.
  • Proven experience completing retail store stocktakes end-to-end.
  • Experience in managing, coaching, or training teams is highly regarded.
  • Basic knowledge of Zendesk is an advantage.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • This position is based in Vietnam.
  • The role works closely within the Loss Prevention Inventory Team.
