Role Description
Managing import and export of goods on LS/Oracle system:
Manage, check, and input import and export inventory data, including purchase costs, import taxes, shipping costs, insurance, storage fees, inspection fees and other costs (if any) due to Merchandising, Logistics,... departments provide information into LS/Oracle. Including performing cost allocation according to each imported shipment.
Accounting of return entries (Credit Meno) to be done manually.
Check the status of tickets of the sales module and inventory module to ensure that all are posted
Check, compare and issue sales invoices to stores.
Comparison work:
Reconcile goods between LS subsystems and between LS and Oracle, including Item ledger entries/General Ledger Entries operations (inventory and summary), AP Staging,... Ensure inventory data on systems. The system must unify data such as warehousing information, inventory at warehouses/stores, intermediate warehouses, TOs hanging on LS,...
Export PPI data for monitoring.
Inventory and system data assurance:
Responsible for the inventory accuracy of the Warehouse and all Stores within the Warehouse.
Control the annual inventory/regular/unscheduled monthly inventory. Identify outstanding problems in the system's inventory control.
Ensure the inventory and inventory explanations reflect reality, on time and avoid losses and lack of transparency of stores/warehouses
Period closing and inventory reporting
Run the average price at the end of the monthly period
Close the data period on LS
Export inventory reports to perform provisioning work
Perform related inventory reports
Other work as directed by superiors, such as:
Coordinate with departments in re-exporting goods, finding customs declarations, and tax payment papers to complete tax refund procedures.
Proposals on discovering new risks and continuous improvement to improve the inventory management process
Store documents and information scientifically
Perform other tasks as requested by superiors
REQUIREMENTS
University degree majoring in accounting and auditing.
Have knowledge of inventory management, accounting, and auditing
At least 05 years of experience in a similar position
Priority with experience in the retail sector are preferred (but not required). Proficient in office information technology, especially Excel. Priority is given to candidates who know how to use Power Query and Power Pivot
Problem-solving skills, professional scepticism skills, analytical and critical thinking, systems thinking skills.
Working in high pressure. Honest, careful, and highly responsible.
Proficient in English
