Responsible for managing, supervising, and coordinating inventory and logistics operations, including stock replenishment, order picking, shipment preparation, and ensuring the effective operation of inventory system
Responsibilities
- Manage, lead, and supervise the team to achieve organizational objectives.
- Act as the area owner, accountable for departmental performance metrics including safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Provide operational support to all global inventory and traffic locations while maintaining high service levels.
- Maintain effective cross-functional communication with manufacturing, compliance, logistics, supply chain, and global inventory and traffic teams.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal departments regarding vendors, products, shipments, and delivery status.
- Establish work procedures, develop work schedules, and ensure efficient workflow execution.
- Communicate policies, procedures, and instructions clearly through written and verbal communication.
- Assign tasks and review completed work to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality standards.
- Analyze, standardize, and improve storage methods, workflows, and labor efficiency.
- Foster a positive work environment, address employee concerns, and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Participate in recruitment activities, including interviewing and hiring new employees.
- Collaborate with distribution center management to ensure smooth coordination of warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor (Warehouse, Production, Inventory, or Logistics)
- Experienced in managing & leading a large staff; preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Fluency in English communication skill.
- Communication and organizational skills are required.
- Can work in shifts (day-night)
