INVENTORY ACCOUNTING STAFF

JOB DESCRIPTION

Daily tasks

1. Tracking SAP stock movements for both direct and consignment stocks at warehouses and stores, regular checking, and monitoring on Goods in Transit (GIT) status in SAP.
2. Create master merchandise data in a correct and timely manner.
3. Perform posting transaction related to display (demo) items as per MD Team's request.
4. Communicate with Store team for document and filling as per company policy and Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) requirement.
5. Handle checking data reconciliation between SAP and store system.

Monthly tasks

1. Coordinate and perform full process on stock-take including support physical inventory (PI), process data in SAP and store system, reconcile PI result and final report.
2. Reconcile and prepare inventory monthly closing report, ensure no outstanding GIT and perform ad hoc tasks as per management request.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience with relevant knowledge, skills
• Good practice in Microsoft Excel, experience in SAP is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, overtime, and flexibility.
• Thorough and well-organized, manage timeline.
• Intermediate English communication
