As an intern in Talent Acquisition (Emerging Talent) at Infineon, your role will involve supporting talent acquisition initiatives, acting as a liaison for events, contributing to employer branding efforts, assisting with HR-related projects and reports, and ensuring efficient handling of onboarding and offboarding documentation. This internship provides a comprehensive understanding of talent acquisition processes and the opportunity to contribute to impactful HR initiatives in a global technology company.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Process map and review HR Emerging Talent topics.
- Support Talent Acquisition in hiring initiatives, not limited to screening resumes, managing inquiries from candidates and hiring managers, communications of job offer to students.
- Serve as a liaison contact for virtual/physical events (i.e. Infineon-Open Day, job fairs at local universities and event execution).
- Support implementation of employer branding initiatives across various platforms to position Infineon as an employer of choice.
- To support in the preparation, coordination, or consolidation of human resources related reports, projects, or initiatives.
- Gather necessary documents for various situations such as internship extension and ensure that all documentation is submitted for timely processing.

- Currently studying in Bachelor in Business / HR / Social Sciences or relevant field of studies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Able to speak and understand English well
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative and enthusiastic with a friendly and positive outlook
