Program Overview

The Wareflex Internship Program is a dynamic, high-impact, 3-month initiative designed to groom the next generation of logistics professionals. This program combines structured learning, hands-on project experience, and direct client exposure to build a strong foundation in supply chain operations, sales, and logistics management.

Successful candidates will be selected through a rigorous evaluation process, ensuring that only the most committed and capable individuals join this immersive journey.

Program Duration:

3 Months | Full-Time | Location: 53 Nguyen Co Thach

Program StructureMonth 1: Training & Foundation Building

- Logistics Fundamentals: Introduction to supply chain, transportation, warehousing, and distribution systems

- Understanding Wareflex Solutions: Hands-on sessions with our proprietary WMS, OMS, and TMS platforms

- Sales & Negotiation Techniques: Practical frameworks to approach sales within B2B logistics

- Soft Skills Training: Communication, problem-solving, CRM tools, teamwork

- Industry Exposure: Guest talks from internal leaders and industry experts

Month 23: Live Project Deployment

Interns will be assigned to live projects where they will:

- Engage in real-time lead generation, partner onboarding, and client interaction

- Contribute to sales campaigns, negotiation processes, and market expansion efforts

- Analyze logistics flows and provide suggestions to improve cost or service efficiency

- Work closely with internal teams and select customers to solve actual business problems

Special Assignments:

- High-performing interns may be assigned to client-facing roles under direct mentorship

- Strategic projects may involve data-driven insights, competitor analysis, and customer journey mapping

Assessment & Conversion

At the end of the program, all interns will be assessed on:

- Performance on assigned projects

- Sales and negotiation aptitude

- Initiative, learning curve, and team collaboration

- Client interaction and professionalism (where applicable)
