Role:
We have an internship opportunity for a Residence Bulter to join our Property in Amanoi.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a courteous and professional service at all times
- Adhere and follow to the concerned outlet service sequence and Standard Operational Procedure
- Have the product and service knowledge to be able to respond on the guests requests.
- Report upon the coming in the outlet to the butler supervisor /residence manager
- Anticipate the guests needs by observing, asking or reading the profiles
- Continuously notice of any information coming to the concerned outlet (e.g. memo).
- Maintain the personal service to the guests by giving the details attention to the guests.
- Fulfill the guests requests and liaise closely with butler supervisor or dept. heads.
- Assist the butler supervisor or dept heads in filling related documents upon departmental issues or reports
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or holding a hospitalityrelated degree (or a relevant servicefocused discipline).
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality or guestservice roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and polished service etiquette.
- Able to anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised, discreet service.
- Comfortable assisting with room preparation, amenities, and guest requests.
- Reliable, detailoriented, and able to maintain high service standards.
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- English communication required; additional languages are a plus.
