EYFS Nanny – Job Description

Role Purpose: Support the Early Years team in providing high‑quality care and education for children aged 3–5. Assist with daily routines, learning activities, and pastoral care to ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with EYFS activities indoors and outdoors.
• Support children's physical, emotional, and social development.
• Lead on personal care routines (toileting, meals, dressing).
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe learning environment.
• Follow safeguarding and child protection procedures.

Requirements:

• High school education minimum.
• Practical experience caring for children under 5.
• First aid qualification (or willingness to obtain).
• Warm, patient, reliable, and able to build rapport with young children.
• Legal right to work in Vietnam.
