Salary: VND 25–30 Million/Month | Overseas Business Travel Opportunities
YBM is Vietnam's leading manufacturer of ultra-fine Calcium Carbonate (CaCO₃) powder, exporting to numerous countries worldwide. Listed on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) since 2018 (Ticker: YBM), we are looking for an International Sales Specialist to join our team and help expand our global market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing customer accounts and follow up on leads generated through Marketing.
- Identify and develop new B2B customers through international channels and trade exhibitions.
- Negotiate, finalize contracts, and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Develop sales plans and achieve assigned revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in International Economics, International Trade, Import–Export, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, or a related field.
- Strong English proficiency.
- Basic knowledge of Logistics and international payment procedures.
- Previous experience in international B2B sales is preferred; training will be provided for suitable candidates without prior experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive and responsible work ethic.
