I. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales revenue and volume targets.
- Receive purchase orders; prepare, negotiate, and sign contracts; send production requests and shipment plans.
- Prepare and sign distribution agreements and other arising contracts.
- Update product specifications and packaging based on market requirements.
- Coordinate with customers on label translation, language confirmation, labeling samples, and distribution.
- Complete required reporting and documentation for import regulations and retailers.
- Propose solutions for issues related to export orders.
- Plan and execute Trade/Promotion/Discount programs to expand markets.
- Consolidate market expenses and proceed with payments.
- Manage customer portfolios, monitor market status, and track inventory levels.
- Execute OEM projects when required.
- Attend international fairs to introduce products, find new customers and distribution channels.
- Manage customer debt, remind payment deadlines, and ensure credit limits are respected.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, International Business, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Food or FMCG sectors.
- English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 7.0(TOEIC/TOEFL/IELTS accepted) or English-major degree.
- Fluent in Business Chinese (HSK5 or above).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Basic socio-cultural knowledge.
Preferred:
- Master's degree; second foreign language.
- Candidates who studied in China or Vietnamese of Chinese descent are preferred.
Working Location: Head Office, Tan Binh Industrial Park, Tay Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Reporting Line: Deputy Manager of International Sales Dept.
