Job Description

1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Market Expansion: Identify, target, and open new markets

Lead Generation: Proactively source and convert B2B leads (food manufacturers, distributors, and industrial users).

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for food ingredients and spices in untapped territories.

Negotiation: Lead the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to contract signing and first shipment.

Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for existing top-tier accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Portfolio Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize share-of-wallet.

Market Intelligence: Gather and report feedback from customers on market trends, competitor pricing, and product requirements.

Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with the logistics and QA teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with customer-specific standards.

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS

At least 5 years of proven experience in international B2B sales (food/ agricultural commodities.)

Demonstrated experience in both managing established portfolios and hunting for new business.

Prior experience working across Asia markets is highly preferred.

Language: Fluency in English is mandatory.
