JOIN HOTGEN - International Sales (IVD Products)

What you'll do

  • Take full responsibility for driving the global sales of HOTGEN's IVD (In Vitro Diagnostic) products, including but not limited to diagnostic reagents, testing instruments and supporting consumables. Formulate and implement targeted global sales strategies based on regional market characteristics, industry trends and competitor dynamics to achieve and exceed the company's annual sales targets.
  • Lead the expansion of key regional markets (such as Europe, America, Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa), conduct in-depth market research to identify potential market opportunities, cultivate new customer groups and establish long-term, stable and sustainable market operation models. Promote the brand influence of HOTGEN's IVD products in the global market and enhance market share.
  • Manage and optimize the global sales channel system, including developing, evaluating and maintaining cooperative distributors, agents and strategic partners. Establish effective channel management mechanisms to ensure smooth product circulation, timely market feedback and efficient cooperation with channel partners. Coordinate with internal teams to provide support for channel partners and resolve channel operation problems.
  • Coordinate with the marketing, R&D and product departments to collect market demand information, customer feedback and industry technology trends, and provide valuable suggestions for product iteration, new product launch and marketing activity planning. Participate in important international medical exhibitions, industry seminars and customer meetings to promote product sales and brand promotion.
  • Track sales progress, analyze sales data, regularly submit sales reports and market analysis reports, and adjust sales strategies and plans in a timely manner according to market changes to ensure the steady growth of global sales performance.

What we need

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Immunology, Bioengineering, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Engineering or related majors. Those with a master's degree or above, or with relevant IVD product sales experience, will be given priority.
  • Possess sharp market analysis ability and sensitive market insight, be able to accurately judge market trends and customer needs, and have excellent business negotiation skills and contract signing ability. Be able to independently develop customers and complete sales tasks.
  • Have a strong sense of teamwork and coordination ability, be able to work closely with internal departments (marketing, R&D, technical support) and external partners to achieve common goals. Be proactive, responsible, resilient and able to bear work pressure.
  • Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing proficient), which is a basic requirement for global business communication. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus, which will facilitate communication and cooperation with the company's headquarters team.
  • Willingness to travel frequently globally (including short-term and long-term business trips) to develop markets, visit customers and participate in industry activities. Familiar with international trade rules and IVD industry related regulations is preferred.

JOIN HOTGEN - Technical Support Engineer

What You'll Do

  • Provide professional pre-sales technical consulting services for the overseas sales team and customers, including introducing product technical parameters, performance characteristics, application scenarios and operation principles. Assist the sales team in formulating technical solutions according to customer needs, answering technical questions raised by customers, and promoting the smooth progress of sales projects
  • .Compile and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), product manuals, technical training materials and other documents for overseas customers and channel partners. Ensure that the materials are accurate, detailed and easy to understand, and meet the technical guidance needs of different regions and customer groups
  • .Be responsible for resolving post-sales technical issues raised by overseas customers in a timely and efficient manner, including product use problems, instrument failures, test result anomalies, etc. Provide remote technical guidance or on-site technical support when necessary, track the handling progress, and ensure customer satisfaction. Collect and sort out customer technical feedback, and put forward targeted suggestions for product improvement and quality optimization to the R&D and product departments
  • .Undertake the technical support work of IVD instruments, including instrument installation, debugging, daily maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration. Provide technical training and guidance for customers and channel partners on instrument operation, maintenance and fault handling to improve their ability to use the products independently
  • .Manage customer technical service records, establish and update customer technical files. Regularly communicate with customers to understand their product use status and technical needs, provide proactive technical support and after-sales care, maintain good customer relationships, and enhance customer loyalty to the company's products and brand
  • .Coordinate with the sales, R&D and production departments to participate in product technical training, new product trial operation and technical verification work, and provide technical support for product iteration and market promotion

What We Need

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Immunology, Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related majors. Those with relevant IVD product technical support experience or instrument maintenance experience will be given priority
  • .Possess solid professional knowledge and practical operation ability in IVD products and instruments, have experience in instrument installation, debugging, maintenance and troubleshooting. Familiar with the working principle and technical parameters of IVD diagnostic reagents and instruments is preferred
  • .Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing proficient) is a must, which is required for smooth communication with overseas customers, sales teams and internal departments. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus, which will facilitate communication and cooperation with the company's headquarters team
  • .Have a strong interest and enthusiasm in the biomedical and IVD industry, be proactive, responsible, patient and careful, and have good problem-solving ability and communication skills. Be able to quickly grasp new product technologies and adapt to the work rhythm of technical support
  • .Have a strong sense of service and teamwork spirit, be able to cooperate with the sales team and other internal departments to complete work tasks. Be willing to accept appropriate overseas business trips to provide on-site technical support and training when necessary
