Job Description

Clickable Impact is a fastgrowing consulting firm and project implementer that delivers milliondollar initiatives for the Asian Development Bank, Government of Australia, World Bank Group, and other leaders in sustainable development across Asia and the Pacific. Our 25person team works on inclusive economic development, gender, responsible business, climatetech, agricultural development, sustainable tourism, and impact investment. As an International Development Consultant, you will coordinate complex projects that turn ideas into impact. You will sit close to senior leadership, learn firsthand how market systems can be shaped for impact, and help DFIs and donorfunded programs achieve development goals. The work is diverse, including research, concept development, stakeholder management, knowledge product development, and project implementation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate daytoday relationships with workinglevel contacts in international development, business, government, and civil society.

Conduct desk and field research, analyze findings, and turn them into clear insights, slide decks, and briefs for clients.

Plan and track project workplans, budgets, and deliverables; flag risks early and keep teams on schedule.

Apply ESG and development frameworks such as the SDGs, CSRD, and donor safeguarding to project design and reporting.

Support knowledgeproduct creation: reports, policy recommendations, market assessments, communication toolkits, training materials, monitoring & evaluation notes, and more.

Capture lessons learned, improve internal SOPs, and help the firm sharpen its own delivery systems.

THE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS WE VALUE

5+ years in consulting or program management ideally on donorfunded work. USAID experience is a strong plus.

Nativelevel Vietnamese, plus confident spoken and written English.

Proven skill in research, analysis, stakeholder coordination, and structured problemsolving.

Working knowledge of how Vietnamese ministries and provincial departments operate and the tact to build trust with government officials.

Handson projectmanagement discipline: Gantt charts, risk logs, client reporting, budget trackers.

A genuine love of systems, frameworks, and process rigor. You look for ways to standardize and improve everything you touch.

(Preferred) Masters degree in a relevant field (public policy, economics, business, or similar). Degrees from universities in Europe and the UK are especially welcome.
