International Career Advisor - District 6, Ho Chi Minh City
As an International Career Advisor, you will support Vietnamese people in building careers abroad, primarily in Germany. This role is sales-focused and requires strong outbound communication, persistence, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and advise prospective clients about working in Germany via phone and messaging apps (Zalo, Messenger).
- Visit high schools, universities, and offline events to present Germany career programs.
- Build trust with students and parents and guide clients through the enrollment process.
- Follow up consistently with leads to convert interest into enrollments.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience (education, recruitment, or services preferred).
- Strong outbound sales and follow-up skills.
- High energy, results-driven, and resilient mindset.
- Comfortable speaking with students, parents, and school representatives.
- Willingness to travel to schools and offline events within Southern Vietnam
