International Business Leader
I. Job Description
- Develop and implement export sales strategies for industrial electrical switchboards, ensuring sales targets are achieved and international markets are expanded.
- Research, identify, and develop FDI customers and international OEM partners.
- Analyze markets, industry trends, and competitors, and propose appropriate sales strategies for each market segment.
- Directly execute sales activities: customer approach, solution consulting, negotiation, contract signing, and relationship management with international clients and partners.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, Production, QC, ImportExport, etc.) to ensure production schedules, export processes, and on-time delivery.
- Monitor and analyze business performance; propose solutions to optimize revenue, profit, and project costs.
II. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in International Business, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering / Automation, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in export sales or international B2B business; preference given to candidates with experience in industrial switchboards, electrical equipment, OEM, or FDI projects.
- Proficient English (spoken, written, email communication, and commercial negotiation).
- Strong capability in strategy development, sales management, and team leadership.
- Proactive, strategic mindset; able to work under pressure. An existing international partner network is an advantage.
