  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor&aposs in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
  • Passionate in sales & business development
  • Demonstrates integrity, loyalty, and a growth mindset (always self-learning for personal development);
  • Fluent in English;
  • Strong business acumen, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Highly motivated to achieve desired goals and objectives;

Role Description

1. Business Development:

  • Identify potential clients, gather their contact information, and introduce the company&aposs services through visits, calls, emails, events;
  • Reach out and initiate contact with new prospective clients to build a pipeline of qualified leads and prospects;
  • Set up introduction meetings and manage the meeting schedules effectively;
  • Maintain day-to-day contact and follow up with clients regarding introduction meetings, proposals, contracts, etc;
  • Develop and execute market strategies to penetrate new markets and meet/exceed revenue targets;

2. Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders;
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients;
  • Attend industry events to expand professional network;

3. Other task:

  • Ensure the database of candidates and client records, including both active and passive prospects, is consistently updated and maintained;
  • Ensure reports are updated in a timely manner.
