JOB IN SUMMARY

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to manage sales and sales strategy for our spices portfolio, expand into new markets, maintain and develop key customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction from the initial deal through after-sales service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with oversea key accounts.
  • Fully understand the needs and requirements of key customers and continuously propose solutions to meet customer objectives.
  • Ensure correct products and services are delivered to customers on time.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams.
  • Address and resolve any issues or complaints from customers promptly to maintain trust.
  • Generate new sales opportunities and foster long-term relationships.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree or master'sin Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management or relevant fields.
  • From 3-5 years experience in similar roles, with experience in B2B Food Ingredient Sales/ Business Development/ Account Management is preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, problem-solving and strong numerical skills for costing/ pricing calculations.
  • Experience in project management
  • Proactive, self-driven, good attitude, hardworking and ability to work well under pressure
  • Good English communication skills & Excel skills
