2. JOB DESCRIPTION
The International Business Development Executive is responsible for expanding and managing CHAUTFIFTH's international markets. This role combines business development, distribution management, cross-border e-commerce operations and commercial performance ownership.
The position plays a key role in building sustainable international growth and ensuring operational excellence across markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand international markets; identify, evaluate and onboard distribution partners.
- Negotiate and manage distribution agreements, commercial terms and cooperation frameworks.
- Propose and manage product assortments (SKU selection), listing strategy and market positioning by country.
- Own international sales targets and drive revenue growth across assigned markets.
- Forecast demand and coordinate supply planning, inventory allocation and logistics flow.
- Manage cross-border e-commerce operations, especially Singapore (CHAUT FIFTH PTE), and drive online sales performance.
- Coordinate closely with the Singapore BU and Suntec store team to align demand, supply and logistics planning.
- Source and manage local operational partners where required (POS suppliers, packaging vendors, logistics providers, etc.).
- Prepare regular business reports, sales analysis and performance reviews by market.
- Ensure accurate financial reconciliation and cash flow tracking for international business operations.
3. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, Supply Chain or related field.
- Minimum 25 years of experience in international business development, project management, distribution management or cross-border e-commerce.
- Strong commercial mindset with proven negotiation and partnership management skills.
- Experience managing multi-country operations is an advantage.
- Strong analytical capability; able to interpret sales, demand and financial data.
- Solid understanding of international logistics and e-commerce platforms.
- High proficiency in English (both written and spoken); confident in working with overseas partners.
- Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple markets simultaneously.
- Willing to travel internationally when required.
