About the position of Receivable Accountant:
- Record AR-related transactions in the accounting system accurately and timely.
- Perform processing, reconciliation, and monthly closing of receivable accounts in compliance with internal Finance policies and local regulations.
- Work closely with the Business team and FP&A teams to support revenue accuracy, AR tracking, and KPI monitoring.
- Collaborate with Tax Agents, relevant authorities, and external auditors as required to ensure compliance and data accuracy.
- Manage customer billing, collection tracking, and ageing analysis
- Support intercompany recharge, settlement, and reconciliation processes
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all receivable transactions.
- Perform other ad-hoc assignments as required by the Finance Manager.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (ACCA/ CPA is an advantage)
- 4 - 5 years of relevant experience in accounting
- Strong understanding of receivable processes, revenue recognition, and reconciliation principles.
- Solid analytical and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and good command of written and spoken English
- Proactive, accountable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST, and regulatory requirements is preferred.
