Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Internal Project Coordinator (Junior-Mid Level) role located at the Laidon Group office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The role involves coordinating project activities, maintaining timelines, supporting product development teams, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders. The Project Coordinator will also assist in monitoring project progress, documenting requirements, and addressing any issues that may arise to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Support product development activities related to SimpleMDG features and improvements.
  • Assist Product Managers and Engineers with task tracking and organization.
  • Help prepare and maintain basic project and sprint documentation.
  • Schedule and support internal meetings such as sprint planning and team check-ins.
  • Take meeting notes, track action items, and follow up on assigned tasks.
  • Update and maintain project information in tools such as Jira and Smartsheet.
  • Monitor task progress and flag delays or blockers to the Product Manager or Engineering Lead.
  • Support communication within the product development team.

Your skills and experience

  • Strong fluency in English, written and spoken.
  • Ability to work early mornings or evenings when collaborating with international teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 13 years of experience in project coordination, product support, or a similar role.
  • Basic understanding of software development processes; Agile knowledge is a plus.
  • Comfortable using project and task tracking tools such as Jira.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating with the team.
