Learn and understand global standard processes, and communicate requirements to relevant teams to ensure proper implementation locally or propose necessary modifications where required.
Lead internal control self-assessment initiatives, promote awareness of the internal control framework and code of conduct, and conduct independent reviews where applicable.
Act as the local Risk Correspondent, implementing risk management processes, updating risk mapping and action plans, and ensuring effective application of the risk management system.
Perform reviews and analysis of various accounts and expense categories, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and opportunities for process improvement. Provide recommendations to enhance systems and procedures.
Oversee and execute the implementation of operational systems and related processes for new trading entities.
Provide advisory support on SAP systems, accounting principles, and financial methodologies, and serve as the key contact point for master data and finance-related projects between the global team and the local organization.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors and legal teams to address issues and develop appropriate action plans.
Act as an advisor in cross-functional projects, supporting process simplification initiatives and the deployment of new tools and systems.
Requirements:
45 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in SAP systems and excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience should include internal control, finance process improvement, risk management, or finance transformation projects in a multinational or corporate environment.
