What You Will Do:
- Coordinate with the Head of Department/Head of Risk Analysis Department to plan audits and periodic/surprise audit programs.
- Take responsibility for internal audits of departments, divisions, and subsidiaries within the system.
- Identify risks arising in internal audit processes and provide effective recommendations and solutions for risk management for the parent company and its subsidiaries.
- Complete the audit reports to the direct management level.
- Monitor and conduct post-audit follow-ups and re-audits to ensure compliance and rectification of identified issues.
- Develop, revise, supplement, and improve internal audit methodologies and scope of internal audit activities to be able to update and keep up with the development of companies in the system.
- Perform other tasks assigned by direct management and by the Company's Internal Audit Regulations.
What You Need to Succeed in This Role:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in internal auditing, or internal control.
- Good presentation, reporting, and persuasion skills.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office and BI; adept at extracting data from specialized software (ERP)
