Workplace: LS ELECTRIC Factory, Yen Phong II Industrial Zone, Yen Trung, Bac Ninh
Main tasks
- Establish, review, and improve company procedures and business rules.
- Develop and manage approval workflows and authority matrices.
- Monitor compliance and conduct internal training on procedures.
- Coordinate annual budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis.
- Prepare management reports and support decision-making processes.
- Drive process improvements and support ERP system integration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in Planning, Finance, Internal Control, or Business Analysis.
- Experience in budgeting, reporting, and process improvement.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work across functions.
