Job Description
- Process Development & Issuance (Procedures/Regulations)
Receive requests, analyze requirements, and design appropriate processes
Draft and standardize documents in compliance with ISO standards
Coordinate for feedback, finalize documents, issue official releases, communicate, and archive documentation
- System Update & Improvement
Review, revise, and optimize processes based on actual operations to enhance efficiency and minimize risks
- Compliance & Effectiveness Evaluation
Develop periodic audit plans
Conduct internal audits/KPI evaluations across departments
Identify non-conformities, monitor corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement
- Operational Support & Advisory
Provide guidance and clarification on procedures to employees
Collaborate in resolving operational issues, ensuring compliance with ISO/QA systems
- Reporting & Communication
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on system performance
Consolidate data and communicate process updates company-wide
Candidate Requirements
College/University degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields
Minimum 2 Years Of Experience In ISO/QA/Process Management
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, or Quality Management Systems
Strong documentation and process writing skills (clear and logical)
Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills
Systematic thinking, detail-oriented, and careful
Proficient in Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
