Job Description
- Review and evaluate business processes and control frameworks across manufacturing sites in Vietnam, with a focus on SOX compliance, audit requirements, risk assessment, control testing, and regulatory adherence.
- Drive enhancements to the internal control environment by identifying weaknesses, recommending corrective actions, and communicating outcomes to the leadership team.
- Monitor adherence to applicable legal requirements, audit standards, and internal compliance guidelines.
- Conduct comprehensive process reviews and walkthroughs to uncover control weaknesses and operational risks.
- Prepare and update documentation for core business processes, including end‑to‑end process flows and control narratives for major cycles such as purchasing, sales, and inventory management.
- Analyze control and compliance issues, work with business owners to remediate deficiencies, and follow up on corrective actions until closure.
- Partner with finance teams, local stakeholders, and external auditors to support audits and control-related initiatives.
- Compile and present structured SOX reporting and key control issues for senior management review.
- Participate in cross‑functional projects and perform additional responsibilities as required.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- ACCA/CIMA/CIA are preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in finance accounting. Big-4 background is advantage.
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements in the manufacturing sector.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in compliance management systems and tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluent in English.
