Open Positions

1. Internal Control Specialist – Finance & Accounting

Location: Da Nang

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct periodic and ad-hoc inspections of finance, accounting, cost management, contracts, receivables/payables, and business operations across subsidiaries
  • Review compliance with legal regulations, internal policies, accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial procedures
  • Analyze financial data, identify risks, unusual transactions, and potential control gaps
  • Prepare inspection reports, propose corrective actions, and follow up on post-inspection implementation
  • Participate in improving internal control frameworks, governance processes, and risk management systems

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Economics, or related fields
  • 1–5 years of experience in internal audit, internal control, finance, accounting, or inspection
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
  • CPA, ACCA, CAT, or related certifications are an advantage
  • Experience in Big4, large corporations, real estate, hospitality, or investment sectors is preferred

2. Internal Control Specialist – Operations (Hosipitality/Sun World)

Location: Phu Quoc/Tay Ninh

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections on asset management, procurement, vendor performance, maintenance, operational compliance, workplace safety, and food safety standards
  • Review and compare actual operations against records, systems, and internal procedures
  • Monitor compliance with regulations related to asset management, purchasing, occupational safety, and food safety
  • Identify risks, inefficiencies, fraud indicators, or conflicts of interest in operations
  • Prepare reports, recommend corrective actions, and support process improvement initiatives

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Food Technology, Occupational Safety, or related fields
  • 1–5 years of experience in internal control, operations, internal audit, or compliance
  • Experience in hotels, resorts, hospitality, F&B, or entertainment complexes is highly preferred
  • Good understanding of procurement, asset control, food safety, and operational risk management
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

3. Construction Inspection Specialist – Site & Project Control

Location: Phu Quoc

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with approved drawings, contracts, construction methods, and project schedules
  • Monitor construction quality, workplace safety, environmental compliance, and contractor performance
  • Verify construction quantities, compare actual progress with design and payment documents, and identify abnormal costs or delays
  • Review materials, equipment, and site records to identify potential waste, loss, or project risks
  • Prepare site inspection reports, document findings, and propose corrective actions
  • Support process improvement in construction management and cost control

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Infrastructure, or related fields
  • 1–5 years of experience in construction, site supervision, project management, or technical consulting
  • Ability to review drawings, construction quantities, and site records independently
  • Strong understanding of construction laws, contracts, quality standards, and safety regulations
  • Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project, or related technical software

SGEN Candidate Criteria

  • Graduated with Good or Excellent academic standing
  • 1–5 years of working experience
  • English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 5.5 or above
  • Willing to work across different locations nationwide
