Role Description

Assist in Internal Communication & Employee Engagement Activities, implementing the HR Admin tasks & and supporting other HR projects.

• Support content creation, graphic design, and video production for internal announcements and company activities.
• Develop and deliver content for recruitment communication channels and the CBS career website.
• Coordinate with the TA Team on the monthly content plan for social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Support the TA Office in internship recruitment, including arranging interviews under the guidance of the Supervisor.
• Perform other administrative and paperwork tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or 3rd/4th-year students in MKT, PR, Graphic Design....
• Good communication, be able to work & connect with many people
• Good writing and communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
• Creative, proofreading, logical thinking, and detail-oriented
• Positive, result-oriented and will power to strike for excellence
• MS Office Specializing in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
