1. What you'll be responsible for
- Support in organizing internal events and engagement activities according to the company's plan.
- Support to curate engaging content for platforms such as email newsletters, Slack, internal website, TV screens, and other internal media.
- Support in monitoring and reporting key metrics related to internal events and engagement activities.
- Be prepared to take on additional tasks assigned by your Line Manager.
2. Requirements
- 3rd/4th-year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Marketing, or related majors.
- Creative, flexible, willing and open to learn.
- Basic knowledge of event planning or having participated in organizing school or external events/activities.
- Experienceof and able to use social media platforms, image & video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop,...).
- Good communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive.
- Have a Laptop.
