Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for internal communication channels to promote company culture and employee engagement.
- Support the management of internal communication channels, including email, chat groups, intranet, and social platforms.
- Assist in planning and executing internal communication campaigns, employee engagement activities, and company events.
- Design communication materials such as posters, banners, presentations, and internal newsletters.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements
- 4th-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Business, Communication, HR, or related fields;
- Strong interest in employee engagement, and HR practices;
- Content creation skills (text, images, videos) with familiarity in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, AI tools); photography/videography experience is a plus;
- Creative, proactive, and eager to learn, with strong attention to detail;
- Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills;
- English proficiency is a plus;
- Having a personal laptop.

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday - 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
