Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

1. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate and execute the planning, fieldwork, reporting and follow-up for assigned engagements.

• Execute any other responsibilities assigned by the Internal Audit Manager/Project Lead and assist in fulfilling the overall Internal Audit responsibilities.

2. TECHNICAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• B.S. or B.A. degree - Major in Accounting, Auditing or Finance is required.

• CPA, CIA, CISA or equivalent certifications a plus.

• 1 to 2 years of audit or related experience with manufacturing and/or multinational organization.

• Applications from new graduates will be considered only in cases where candidates demonstrate exceptional academic distinction, relevant internship experience, or outstanding project accomplishments.

• Detail-oriented and resourceful, with a strong ability to identify relevant information.

• Strong analytical, due diligence, and research skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft applications and AI tools.

• Native Vietnamese speaker with excellent written and verbal English communication skills; fluency in additional languages is an advantage.

3. SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED

• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with strong ethical standards and professionalism.

• Naturally curious, detail-oriented, and committed to completeness and accuracy.

• Logical thinker with strong critical thinking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Active listener with the ability to identify key messages and critical information.

• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Collaborative team player who can work effectively with minimal guidance.

4. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT

• The role will be based in Vietnam, with occasional travel to other Asia Pacific locations as needed.
