Responsibilities
– Develop programs and plans for organizing, inspecting, and auditing units on a regular or ad-hoc basis regarding compliance with laws, processes, regulations, policies, and guidelines. This ensures timely adjustments, limits, and controls risks during business operations.
– Inspect and control accounting, financial, business, investment, and construction activities to detect shortcomings, violations, or fraud. Propose timely corrective actions to prevent risks and ensure the legality of business operations and compliance with company regulations.
– Inspect and control business efficiency through financial reports, revenue reports, advance payment reports, and business performance reports of projects and subordinate units.
– Inspect and control asset and equipment procurement activities, and production/business operations, to detect shortcomings, violations, or fraud, and propose timely corrective actions.
– Participate in implementing projects to build management and control systems to enhance corporate governance capabilities.
– Perform
other tasks related to control work as assigned and according to functional duties.
Qualifications
– Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting – Auditing, Finance, or related fields.
– Priority given to candidates with experience working at Viettel or other enterprises/organizations operating in the information technology sector.
– At least 5 years of experience in a similar position within internal audit or internal control.
– Relevant Knowledge: Priority given to candidates with professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, tax practitioner certificate, or accounting practitioner certificate.
– Ability to
plan effectively and work independently under high pressure.
– Skills and experience in
handling problems quickly and efficiently.
– Priority given to candidates with team-building ability or the capacity to work independently.
