We are currently supporting a confidential search for a global leader, seeking an Internal Audit Manager to join their corporate Internal Audit function in Vietnam.
This role reports directly to the APAC Internal Audit Lead and offers exposure across operational, compliance, and financial audits, as well as investigations, with regional visibility beyond the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Support ongoing risk assessment and development of the annual internal audit plan
- Define audit objectives, scope, and detailed audit programs based on risk analysis
- Manage and execute full audit engagements from planning through reporting
- Build strong working relationships with management and stakeholders across the business
- Coach and support the professional development of junior team members
What We're Looking For
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of progressive audit experience with a large global corporation or CPA firm
- Operational audit and investigation experience strongly preferred
- Strong experience working with large datasets and data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Professional qualification required: CPA, CIA, CFE, CISA, or equivalent
- Strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization
- Excellent English communication skills
