Job Description
- Reconcile revenue and cash flow from Shopee and TikTok Shop, including revenue, platform fees, returned orders, refunds, and actual cash received.
- Control costs and profitability by product and marketing campaign; monitor and report budget overruns.
- Build and maintain financial dashboards on Excel (revenue, expenses, profit, cash flow, return rate) that are automated, visually clear, and easy to understand.
- Prepare and analyze monthly profit & loss reports, business performance reports, accounts receivable/payable; forecast sales and inventory; propose financial optimization solutions.
- Record and account for daily cash inflow and outflow transactions.
- Prepare and verify payment vouchers and receipts based on supporting documents.
- Coordinate with tax accountants to prepare monthly and quarterly tax reports.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or College degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of accounting experience (experience in e-commerce companies is an advantage).
- Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Google Data Studio / Looker Studio is preferred.
- Ability to build financial dashboards.
- Understanding Shopee and TikTok Shop fee structures is a plus.
- Strong analytical and numerical thinking skills.
