Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team in achieving their objectives. The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in streamlining sales processes, managing administrative tasks, and providing essential support to ensure the smooth functioning of our sales operations.

Work scope and responsibilities

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and maintaining sales databases.

Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.

Administrative support to the team.

Draft, review contracts, and prepare related documents (acceptance minutes, contract liquidation, quotation (if any)).

Prepare internal documents: Payment request and stationery request.

Develop monthly sales reports, and update reports required by line manager.

Data collecting, customer research.

Processing of invoices and expenses for the team.

Booking meeting room, ordering stationery, managing team's schedule.

Internal and customer communication.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Prefer in Media, Publishing, Agency, Ads industry.

English intermediate

Time management, and problem-solving skills; especially managing the timeline for the client's projects and providing creative solutions to problems.

Client service mindset.

Positive and can-do attitude, willing to learn, support, and adapt attitude.

Intern for 3 months, work a minimum of 32 hours/week.
