Your Job

Join our Quality team to support daily quality assurance activities in a highvolume manufacturing environment. You will help ensure products meet internal standards and customer expectations while gaining exposure to realworld quality systems and continuous improvement practices.

Our Team

You will work within the Plant Quality/Operations department, collaborating closely with production, engineering, and supplier quality teams. We are datadriven, improvementfocused, and committed to delivering stable processes and excellent product quality.

What You Will Do

  • Support inprocess and final quality inspections, documenting results accurately and consistently.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze production and defect data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Assist engineers with rootcause analysis and corrective actions using foundational Quality tools.
  • Help update and maintain quality documents such as work instructions, check sheets, and control plans.
  • Participate in small Kaizen activities, errorproofing checks, and workflow improvement studies.
  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to follow up on nonconformance reports and material disposition.
  • Support basic measurementrelated tasks and gauge checks under supervision.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


  • Currently pursuing an Engineering degree (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields).
  • Able to work fulltime onsite in a factory environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Detailoriented, disciplined, and eager to learn Quality fundamentals.
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative and positive working attitude.

What Will Put You Ahead


  • Familiarity with 7 QC tools, 5S, or other Quality methodologies.
  • Exposure to ISO 9001/IATF 16949 or qualityrelated coursework.
  • Ability to read technical drawings or use basic measurement tools.
  • Experience in data dashboards (Excel advanced features, Power Query, Power BI).
  • English proficiency for reading technical documents and preparing simple reports.
