We help clients meet the increasing demands of regulators, shareholders and other stakeholders to ensure robust and reliable approaches to governance, risk management and compliance with regulations. We provide a full suite of governance, risk management and compliance services covering the assessment, design and implementation of IT risk management frameworks, risk indicator systems, dashboard monitoring solutions and technology advisory for leading financial institutions.
We are currently seeking an Intern based in Ha Noi office with the details of the vacancy below:
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and visualization of IT Key Risk Indicator (KRI) dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau), including data connection, layout design and visual formatting across multiple reporting levels
Assist in data preparation, cleansing and transformation activities to support dashboard development and KRI implementation
Write and execute SQL queries to extract, validate and reconcile data from various sources
Translate and localize project deliverables and documentation between English and Vietnamese, ensuring accuracy of both language and technical terminology
Assist in preparing project documentation, including weekly/monthly progress reports, meeting minutes and status updates
Support project coordination activities such as scheduling, tracking action items and maintaining project trackers
Requirements:
Education
Final-year undergraduate or recent graduate in Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Banking or related disciplines
Technical Skills
Foundational knowledge of at least one BI/data visualization tool (Tableau preferred; Power BI also accepted). Demonstrated ability through coursework, personal projects or competitions is sufficient
Basic to intermediate SQL proficiency (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, subqueries). Exposure through academic coursework or self-study is acceptable
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic data analysis), Word and PowerPoint
Language
Strong English communication skills, especially reading comprehension and writing/translation. IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent is preferred

Proactive learner with a genuine willingness to pick up new tools, concepts and domain knowledge
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-facing project environment
Nice-to-have
Exposure to IT risk management, IT governance or cybersecurity concepts (academic or self-study)
Familiarity with data processing using Python (pandas, numpy) or other scripting tools
Prior internship or project experience in banking, fintech or consulting environments
An eye for design and data storytelling - ability to present data in a clear, visually compelling manner
Knowledge of ETL concepts or experience working with data pipelines
