ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Support
- Input and update employee records in HR databases and systems
- Assist with preparation and filing of HR documents and personnel files
- Support recruitment activities including CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Assist in onboarding documentation and logistics
Admin Support
- Act as the front-desk receptionist: welcome guests, handle calls, and manage meeting room bookings
- Provide general support with office maintenance and facilities coordination
- Assist in organizing internal company events and meetings
- Support other administrative tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills
- Friendly, proactive, and service-minded attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Canva
- Good communication skills in English
