About the Role

Topicus Vietnam is looking for an enthusiastic Graphic Design Intern to join our creative team. You will be directly involved in real-world projects, working in a professional environment, and receiving dedicated mentorship to develop your career skills in a structured and methodical way.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Motion Designers and various departments (HR, Management) to execute both internal and external communication campaigns.
• Design graphic assets that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also effective in conveying information.
• Ensure all designs strictly adhere to Topicus Vietnam's brand identity guidelines.
• Coordinate the production of visual content and post-event recaps for company activities.
• Provide flexible design assistance to other departments to optimize the overall visual experience across the company.

Requirements

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Graphic Design (or related fields).
• Proficient in Adobe Suite (knowledge of Motion or 3D is a big plus).
• Strong eye for composition, color, and typography; highly detail-oriented.
• Good command of English (both speaking and writing) and a team player.
• Growth-oriented, open to feedback, and eager to upgrade your craft.
• Positive attitude, proactive, and able to handle pressure with good time management.

Working time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break), Monday to Friday.

Working location: 106 Nguyen Van Troi, Phu Nhuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

Duration: 6-month commitment - minimum 4 days/week.
